Postera builds the integration layer between your CDP and delivery platform. This typically involves: configuring event tracking on your product/website, routing events through the CDP, mapping customer traits to destination platform fields, and testing bidirectional sync for unsubscribes and engagement data. The process takes 2–4 weeks depending on stack complexity.
